Q: How can I receive a quote?
A: Complete the form on our 'Contact' page or email writeginger@ymail.com with details, images and sample ideas. We will contact you via email or schedule a telephone call to review your information. In the event that we need to exchange any tangible items or review color swatches, we will arrange a physical meeting.
Q: What is the turnaround time on designs?
A: Generally 3-5 business days for business cards and invitations. 2+ weeks for larger design packages. Depending on the project and current workload, time-frame may vary.
Q: Which form of payment do you accept?
A: PayPal, Venmo, Cashapp, Zelle, credit card or cash for local orders. Orders over $100 are half upfront as a deposit, with balance due upon completion. Digital files are made accessible via Dropbox in multiple formats for a wide range of usage.
